Ski Racing Development (SRD), World Cup Supply (WCS) and Shred are pleased to once again offer the “Fast Skier” Junior Alpine Scholarship Fund. The purpose of the fund is to provide monetary assistance to a deserving junior alpine ski racer. $1,000, an SRD DH suit, a WCS Start parka and a Shred helmet and goggles will be awarded to the USSA J3 athlete who exhibits the personal characteristics required for success both on and off the hill.

This scholarship will be awarded in April of 2011 and will recognize dedication, talent, integrity, and a passion for ski racing. We are also firm believers in the importance of academics and community involvement and the role that each plays along with ski racing in the development of individual character. 

Our hope is that we can help a deserving racer defray some of the high costs associated with on-going participation in the ever increasingly expensive sport of alpine ski racing. The application deadline for the 2010 - 2011 season is March 31, 2011.
